A Message From Lara Caruso

Life has thrown me curveballs here and there, but I am stronger because of the challenges. Adversity helps build character and strength, as well as reminding you to rely on those most important to you. When I was younger and going through challenges, I would pray for God to stop the challenge.

Now that I’m older and wiser, I realize it’s those challenges that have made me the person that I am today. God wants to use me, imperfect and all, just the way I am to help others. It’s not being perfect that makes people want to listen to you – it’s about honest connection. Being able to connect and express where you’ve been and that you made it to the other side successfully empowers those we lead to strive for that same success with imperfect authenticity!

Meet Lara Caruso

Lara is a Christian, wife, mom, nana, and a leader who has dedicated her life to helping others grow and achieve their potential. With nearly 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the accounting and human resources industries, Lara has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in leading diverse teams. She has successfully led small and large teams, created new teams, and transformed existing ones.

Her approach to leadership emphasizes the importance of understanding each team member’s communication style, setting clear expectations, and fostering accountability. Lara believes that real success involves not just achieving goals but also appreciating and valuing each team member’s contributions. Inspired by her life coach, Viviana Brake, Lara is committed to continuous personal and professional growth and is passionate about helping others become intentional, empowered leaders.
