Our Story
Lara’s journey to becoming a leadership trainer is rooted in her personal experiences and professional growth. A Christian, wife, mom, and nana, Lara has faced numerous challenges throughout her life, which have strengthened her character and resilience. She believes that adversity builds strength and teaches the importance of relying on those who matter most. With nearly 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the accounting and human resources industries, Lara has led diverse teams, understanding that effective communication and clearly defined expectations are crucial for success. Her philosophy emphasizes the importance of accountability and appreciation, customized to each team member’s unique communication style.
Lara’s passion for leadership was significantly influenced by her life coach, Viviana Brake, who has been a source of encouragement and accountability for six years. Inspired by her own transformative journey, Lara is dedicated to helping others achieve true leadership. At Next Level Leadership Consultants, she combines her personal insights with innovative strategies to empower leaders and their teams to exceed expectations. Lara’s mission is to connect authentically, share her experiences, and guide others to lead with intentionality and success.
